Everything is great, I truly enjoyed it. The staff has always been helpful. The hotel offers beautifully designed and large rooms with a lovely modern bathroom and coffee available at all times plus accessed by a spiral staircase.

This hotel is conveniently located, close to both the medieval city and the lower town. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated, with stylish ensuite bathrooms. The hotel itself was beautifully renovated and stylishly decorated. The rooms on the 2nd floor had fantastic views of Carcassonne's castle walls, which made the stay even more special. The staff were wonderful, with the owner going above and beyond to provide helpful suggestions and share her local knowledge. The breakfast was delightful, with plenty of choices and interesting variety of jams made by the host's husband. a highly recommended experience.
